2024 Superyacht Chefs’ Competition: A Showcase of Culinary Brilliance

This year's MYBA Charter Show in Italy featured an impressive display of global culinary talent. Chefs creatively blended Italian cuisine with diverse international flavors in the Italian Fusion Dinner Party challenge, producing dishes that wowed both judges and attendees.

Drawing on Nikkei cuisine's fusion of Peruvian and Japanese elements, competitors crafted three-course meals in just 35 minutes, maintaining an air of mystery about the fusion elements until served. Dishes were judged on originality, taste, presentation, and execution.

Congratulations to all the winners for their exceptional culinary creations. Your innovation and mastery have truly enriched this year's competition. We look forward to more inspiring culinary displays at future MYBA Charter Shows.
