The Concept
Designing a novel luxury experience at sea
Having a thorough understanding of naval architecture and luxury yacht design, as well as a rigorous and structured approach to problem solving, Georgia Ntota redefines luxury at sea.
Taking on the project was no small feat, for an impressive vessel, having been “touched” by the award-winning, renowned yacht designers, Studio Vafiadis. Respecting their design philosophy which dictates that a superyacht should be a reflection of its owner while also considering its crew, for whom spaces for working and relaxing are important, Georgia Ntota’s every design decision came down to creating something which feels unique and truly distinctive to the owner.
Unconventional by nature, Georgia has created the pinnacle of luxurious living over water by deliberately fusing the traditional with the contemporary, the straightforward with the intricate, the natural with the artificial, and the transient with the timeless.
THE DESIGN TEAM
Georgia Ntota
Georgia Ntota, is a seasoned principal architect, with over 15 years of experience in managing and overseeing complex projects. Designing commercial halls, luxurious residences, and private yachts is her specialty. With her scrupulous attention to detail, experience in interior decoration, and in-depth understanding of a client’s needs and aspirations, Georgia delivers high-value residential and hospitality projects, turning dreams into reality. Drawing inspiration from the challenges posed by diverse attitudes and lifestyles, her design philosophy seamlessly blends classic and modern elements, simplicity and complexity, nature and artifice, as well as the transient with the timeless.
Evgenia Michalea
Evgenia is a graduate of the University of West Attica in Civil Engineering and holds a degree in Architecture from the University of Thessaly. She started her career at the National Bank of Greece, specializing in asset renovation and evaluation. Since 2018, she has been working as a project architect for a luxury construction and design company, managing a diverse architectural and design portfolio which includes modern residential, commercial office, and superyacht projects. Moreover, she undertakes freelance work, with a focus on luxury concept design and on-site supervision, ensuring the flawless fulfillment of every client’s vision.
Melina Chatzimichali
With degrees in Political Science and History from Panteion University and Interior Architecture from Middlesex University, Melina also holds a Master's degree in Interior and Living Design from Domus University. Since 2015, she has been working as an architect, specializing in residential remodeling and brand identity design. Recently, she has shifted her focus toward yacht design. Her approach seamlessly combines optimal design and functionality, with an emphasis on clean lines and elegant forms inspired by the surrounding environment.
